When my father passed away, my mother and I felt a bit lost — but Alan Dean was very straightforward and made our options clear. After our first meeting, I was confident we’d made the right choice with Williams-Thomas. The entire process was smooth, W-T handled their end of things beautifully and I could not have asked for a better memorial service for Dad. More so than in most lines of work, funeral homes really need to treat their customers with compassion at all times and make sure all details are addressed properly. Mr. Dean came through for us and I would not hesitate to call upon Williams-Thomas again.

Saying farewell to your mother whom you have known for sixty plus years is never easy. Alan and his team knew the exact things to say and do to make it a little easier. Very professional, soft spoken, accommodating, they provided the required hand holding so that we could let go with the confidence that our beloved mother was in good hands. In particular, their understanding of different cultures and their graciousness and generosity in supporting other cultures is truly remarkable. Thank you for being there at our moment of grief.
