Alma and I want to express our sympathy to Bill's family He was one of the early golfers in the Haile Senior Men's Group. He was engaging, welcoming and kind and always greeted you with a smile. Whenever we pass his home, we will have fond memories of Bill and Steffi.

I was very sorry to hear that Bill had passed away. I have very fond memories of playing golf with Bill in the Senior Men's golf group as he was a very kind and sincere individual. A true gentleman and role model for others. He will be missed. Joel Stuart
I am saddened by the news of Bill's passing. It was an honor and privileged to have worked under his direction for many years at Westinghouse. He always had my respect as a strong and fair leader who worked tirelessly to find solutions that keep our projects moving forward. I still have intense pride for our accomplishments.

To Bill's family,
Bob and I wish to give our sympathy to Jeff and the family.
We enjoyed many good times with Bill and Steffi. We certainly enjoyed the
few times that Bill could not drive to the football games anymore so asked
Bob and I to drive and join he and Steffi in the President's box, Wow, that
was a treat as there was a banquet awaiting us with all you could eat and drink!
Half time brought out hot dogs and more food!
I know we met many of the family at Gainesville Country Club whenever they
had a celebration. It was nice to see such a happy group.
I spent lots of time with Steffi as she became ill and not able to get out. She was
so happy when she had visitors. She was such a good friend.
Jeff has been a wonderful son and took such good care of them giving up his
northern roots for a couple of years. All of we friends appreciated his being
there with them all this time.
We know that Steffi and Bill are together at last.
Our love and prayers, Bob & Dottie Mounts
Although I only met Mr. Wester a few times, my favorite memory is sitting around the kitchen table sharing many many stories until the wee hours. I feel blessed to have been able to share these times with Mr. Wester, his son Jeff, and his sister and brother in law, Miss Stella and Mr. Tom. I pray that the love the Westers have for each other carries them through this difficult time.
Fondly,
Mary Kelley
