I'll always remember Mac. At his invitation I moved to Gainesville and attended the University of Florida. He asked me because of his fond memories of my dad, his uncle. Though so long ago, I recall my excitement and gratitude. Peace be with you, Mac.
Mac was a mentor to many throughout his life. It was my privilege to have been benefited from his wisdom.
Mac was such a caring and giving person. There are many local people in their 50s and 60’s that learned a lot from Mac while being members of 4-H. Jay Moser and I will cherish the time working with Mac and all our youth.
Special thoughts to the family. Enjoyed Mac's friendship over the years.
