Timothy Alan Hooie's Obituary
Timothy Alan Hooie, husband, father, son, and friend passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 at the age of 60.
Tim will be celebrated and remembered by his wife Kim, his 5 children and their spouses, and 12 grandchildren as well as his parents, sister and brother, and other extended family.
Tim was a man with the heart of a servant. He would help strangers, friends, and family alike – whether asked or unasked. His generous spirit, quick smile, and infectious laugh will be greatly missed as will his well-known, loud Hawaiian shirts.
Tim’s life will be celebrated this Friday, July 27th, 2018 at 10 AM at The Rock Church of Gainesville, 9818 SW 24th Ave Gainesville, FL 32607. Please join us in celebrating Tim’s sense of humor by wearing Hawaiian shirts, dresses, or other comfortable attire, no black please.
