My children and I met Mr. Tucker and Mrs. Nancy in 2010 when we moved in across the street from them. Mrs. Nancy used to yell across the street "Hey girl! How are you and all them kids doing over there?!". After she passed away, we started to visit Mr. Tucker because we didn't want him to feel alone. He welcomed us into his home with a smile every time we knocked!! When we moved in 2018, I'd try to stop by and check on him whenever my schedule permitted; we'd talk about current events, my children(the fact that I had so many amazed he and Mrs. Nancy🤣)and his son(who he was clearly very proud of). Mr. Tucker was a good neighbor and a proud veteran....I only wish I would have told him that more often.
