I knew Steve in high school and remember him as a sweet, quiet boy. Our last names start with the same letters so whenever there was alphabetized seating we would be next to each other. I reconnected with him via email about 15 years ago when a graduate student I was supervising applied to a Florida psychology internship and was going to be interviewed by a "Dr. Stephen Boggs." Such a small world. I brought our HS yearbook in for the student to see nerdy Steve and nerdy me next to each other on the page. The world has lost a lovely human being and I am so sad to hear of his passing.

Only knew Steve the two years I was at St. Albans High School...my Memories: his unique laugh....his sweetness....his intelligence and he played a beautiful oboe! Sympathies and prayers for his family and friends.
