Robert K. Holt's Obituary
In loving memory of Robert K. Holt, a dedicated, longtime, hardworking, well respected supervisor from Georgia Pacific of over 20 years. A loving, caring, husband, papa, son, uncle, brother and friend to many.
Robert was a wise, forgiving, never said a bad word about anybody kinda man. He was honest and would help anyone he could. A man who loved fishing, but never could catch anything worth keeping. He was a huge Gator fan, watched it all the time. A fan of Dale Earnhardt Jr., he spent his Sundays watching the races. He also loved playing cards at his parent’s home with his Uncle Jim.
He graduated from Hawthorne High School. He lived in Hawthorne, Florida most of his life and was born in Winter Haven, Florida.
He is survived by his wife Colleen; his four daughters, Tiffany, Ashley, Roxanne and Camoye; four grandkids, Brennan, Kinsey, Dominick and Serena; his father, James (Bud) Holt; four brothers, five sisters-in-law, and their children.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Hawthorne, US 301 South at Lake Avenue, with Rev. Carlee Pearson officiating. Interment will follow in Hawthorne Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
