I want to extend my condolences to your family. Other than Peggy Jo, I only knew Denise vaguely. Peggy Jo was a great blessing to my uncle Ben Brooks. It was a joy to have met her. She was a sweet human being, full of love. I did not get to spend much time with them when I was down there. It has been so many years. I am happy she was able to be such a great influence in the lives of her family and friends.Rest in peace, sweet lady!

I had the privilege of working for and with Peggy for the better part of 1980's & 90's at ACMS and FIPA.
While her leadership of those organizations is well known, few know about the countless young women she mentored in the fine points of real-world public relations, or about her role in launching the We Care program that provided much-needed medical care to the homeless community.
It was a privilege because I knew if I was helping Peggy I was helping people well beyond my own circle.
When most people need help, they call a doctor. When doctors needed help, they called Peggy. She always took the call.
Peggy was a treasured friend that we have so many great memories of. We will always treasure our time spent with Peggy and Bill and their family. Rest in peace my friend. Stan and Marsha.
