My husband Mike worked with Mike at Turner Construction some years ago. They became friends and I had the pleasure of meeting him. What a gentle and kind man. We are so upset to hear of his passing. R.I.P Mike. God bless all of his family and friends especially his granddaughter who he adored.
Ever since we were young, growing up in our neighborhood, you were a gentle giant; courageous like a lion, strong like a bull yet gentle like a lamb. From those early days, to the darker days of the civil war to the days of a brighter future in Gainesville you were always the same. You had a very special place in my heart. I always thought nothing can shake you down. I lament your loss and pray for comfort for aunt Siham, your wife and all your family. I cherish that last memory we had at my 25'th wedding anniversary in Beirut. I will always remember you just as I have always remembered Walid. You will always be in my heart.

He was a wonderful neighbor.
We will miss him.

I will always have fond memories of you Mike from younger years gone by. You always had a brilliant mathematical mind. God's love, mercy and grace upon you Mike as you travel to your next destination. In lieu of flowers, Gene and I made a donation to the Sumter County Crime line for Mike.

I will donate to the Sumter County Crimeline in hopes to find his killer.
It was a horrific act of violence.
He will be missed here in Suburban Shores.
My sincere sympathy to Amal and family.

Michael will be remember for his smile, jokes, great attitude! Working with Michael was a pleasure. He was always fair, knowledgeable, focused on the tasks at hand but also found time to make things fun! He will be greatly missed!
