Ruth Hogan was my supervisor in Gainesville when I started working for Southern Bell in the mid 60's. About the best memory I have of her is when I was late one morning, she wanted to know why. I told her I was kissing my husband. So, she put that in the records... She was a sweet soul and I am glad I got to know her.

I worked with Mrs. Ruth Hogan back in 1973 -1989 as an Operator. I was just thinking of Mrs. Hogan couple of weeks ago. She was special to me as a manager. She was a quiet,observant kind of Lady. Always treated me fair and attended my Mom’s funeral back in 1980 and allowed me to stay out until I could recover the shock of losing her. I remember speaking with her in her office(several times) where she listened to me and gave me some great advice as a very young woman. Rest on in Heaven. Love & Peace Family
