Marisa Jade McAlhany's Obituary
Marisa Jade McAlhany age 18, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Marisa was born on September 10, 2004, in Gainesville, FL. to Alyssa Maria Busot and Michael Jason McAlhany.
She loved art, music, dancing, and cooking. Marisa especially loved to eat, and sushi was her FAVORITE. She always had a smile on her face and loved to tell jokes.
Marisa is survived by her mother, Alyssa Busot; father, Michael McAlhany; grandparents, Arleen and Mike, Jose, Gail, and Patty; great-grandfather, Jesus; sisters, Marlee, Mayson, and Farrah; brothers, Kevin, Jacob, Silas, and Spencer.
A Celebration of life for Marisa will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm at The Barn at Deep Creek 4000 NE 156th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to BDSRA.org or Haven Hospice at www.beyourhaven.org.
