Marilyn, along with all the Sumner family, have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. When someone would pick us up, I loved getting to go to church in Wilma where Bro. Tommy preached. My first prayer was said in that church, with Mrs. Louise as my SS teacher. My first Christmas program, the bag of fruit, nuts, and candy cane was there. I thought it was so cool that I was friends with twins. What a sweet girl who would years later join the SS class that I now taught. We'll see each other again, my sweet friend, and we'll share eternity together. I love you.
I will never forget Marilyn. She was always smiling in the choir and ready to talk Gator sports with me after any big game. Marilyn, I'm going to miss you, but I know you are singing along with the most amazing choir ever and can't wait to see you again. I love you!
Marilyn had many moments with her friends and family, and one extremely funny session at dinner brought a little more out of Marilyn then we were used too.
Everyone starts laughing and here comes Marilyn snorting uncontrollably and completely embarrassed. What's even funnier, Marilyn has done this before (almost like it was a big secret after 10 years blessed with her presence) and thought no one was watching. :-)
Hehee...not often you can bring that much out with a little extra of someone as cute and lovely as M.
