Thinking of my Uncle Mack I remember, the times that he and My Aunt Carolyn and John and Judy would come to our house for cookouts. I looked forward to seeing them. It was a fun time, they engaged with us and made us feel happy and loved. I remember the barbeques and fish fries. We were very young, at that time. In the backyard, there was an old tire swing, hanging from an oak tree. Uncle Mack was pushing me in that swing. I remember being scared, i was making some noise, and I guess he thought that I was enjoying it. The higher I went, the more scared i was. The last time Greg and I visited I brought that up during a conversation, he said he thought I was having fun, and he kept pushing me higher. It is funny now. Lots and lots of special memories for sure. He will always be in my heart.
