Bill was a fine man. I worked with Bill at RMC whenever we had parole hearings, in between the work we had memorable conversations about music and life in general. He will be sorely missed, but I do appreciate the time I did have to hang out with him. To all of his family, I am truly sorry for your loss! May he rest in peace.
Enjoyed working with Bill at the Florida Parole Commission in Starke in the 1990's. Very nice man. He will certainly be missed. Sympathy and prayers for the family.
