Ronnie Henley
I consider myself a close friend of Howard's. I will miss him greatly. He and I worked together at the Florida Department of Transportation. He shared many funny stories about himself and I still smile when I think of some of them. Howard never met a stranger. He would do anything for anyone and that's just the kind of person he was and his life was a testament to his great character. I know he loved his family because he talked about his children all the time. I'm glad I had the opportunity to spend so much time with him during this time of my life. He truly had a great positive impact on me. Thank you Howard, for the memories!
