On January 15, 2023, he passed away in Gainesville, Florida, United States, at the age of 64.

Guanghua is one of the founders and a director of Zhejiang Zhongcai Investment Group. Guanghua devoted his life to making this company successful. Guanghua was a good man: a man of honor and selflessness, a person who thought positively and was always pushing cutting-edge technology and industry.
2022年10月30日，在长达一个多小时的锻炼后，光华突然陷入了昏迷。他被紧急送往Shands医院救治。在那里，他接受了脑出血治疗。 在与病痛抗争了77天后，光华于2023年1月15日永远地离开了我们。
On October 30, 2022, after an hour of exercise, Guanghua suddenly collapsed into a coma and was rushed to Shands Hospital, where he was treated for a cerebral hemorrhage. After 77 days of battling the disease, Guanghua passed away from us forever on January 15, 2023.
