Ms. Linda is the epitome of “Good things come in small packages”. While she might have stood a little less than 5 ft, her positive energy and good nature expanded far beyond her petite stature. One only has to look at her friends and family surrounding Ms. Linda to see how loved and how missed she will be.
I may have only known Ms. Linda for a short time, but feel fortunate to have gotten to know her. I will miss having our short little conversations and getting to meet all of your loved ones. It is sad knowing that we won’t get to discuss what binge worthy show to watch next, or how you were able to inadvertently make me laugh, but that just makes the memories I do have that much more special.
I only wish I was a better writer to express the complex emotions when dealing with a loss of a loved one. While I am sad knowing that I will not get to see Ms. Linda again, I take solace in knowing that her spirit will live on in those that were fortunate enough to know her.
Goodbye Ms. Linda… Thank you for the memories and for making the world a better place. Your legacy lives on in the wonderful family that you’ve left behind. You will be missed, but you’ll never be forgotten.
