Dennis Lee Trimble's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and tearful eyes that we let everyone know Dennis has passed on. Dennis never met a stranger and had a huge, beautiful heart. He was generous and a caring, compassionate, gentle soul. As a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, Dennis had a drive, thirst, hunger and fire for the United States Military and all who served in the defense of freedom and this Nation. He loved his country and was a proud American.
Dennis passed away October 12, 2022, at 1745 EST. In the blink of an eye, he was in the presence of our Creator and our Father, God. He is no longer in pain and his soul is free of the bindings, restraints and the unavoidable deterioration of our earthly bodies.
We have and will shed selfish tears because we miss him and long to see him again. We find comfort and peace in the fact that through Jesus’ sacrifice at Calvary on the cross, and the words of John 3:16; if we believe then we will see him again someday and will be reunited in presence of our God and our Savior.
For all friends and family there will be a memorial service/celebration of life for Dennis at a later date. We are asking in lieu of flowers, to consider making a donation to National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization “We Honor Veterans” program in memory of Dennis Trimble at https://www.wehonorveterans.org/. They ensure that all veterans in Haven Hospice care are recognized one final time for their service and sacrifice to freedom and our way of life.
