I am so sorry to hear the news of Clyde's passing. I was one of his clients for about 15 years and so looked forward to my visits with him. He always made my appointment late in the afternoon, when it was very quiet in his office so that we would not be disturbed as he helped me with my taxes and gave me advice but mostly chatted about all kinds of things. I so enjoyed talking to him way after closing hours. Clyde had a great sense of humor, and a thorough people-person, and oh, how I loved listening to his explanation of this and that, and especially what happened after the financial crisis of 2008 or his insights into Gainesville, which he knew through and through. I learned so much from Clyde and will miss him. I can only imagine what it must be like for his family, and send them my sincerest condolences for their loss--Betty Smocovitis, Gainesville, Florida.
