I have a heavy heart on the passing of Mrs Carolyn. I'm so thankful and blessed to have been dear friends to her and Mr George Belloni Sr. They will Forever be in my Heart.
West Virginians will truly miss them. They both were so caring for many people including myself. Sending my sincere condolences and love to the Belloni family. My heart grieves for you.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Carolyn. George and Carolyn lived at The Woodlands Apartments in Fairmont, WV for almost 20 years. They were wonderful tenants who cared deeply about the people in this complex. They will both be missed.
