Billy Swick Martin's Obituary
Billy Swick Martin, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away suddenly at his beloved Florida farm on Saturday, October 1, 2016.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sylvia, daughter and son-in-law, Kelly (Scott) Colwell, grandson and fiancée Travis (Bridgitte Ivey) Colwell, sister and brother-in-law, Sue (John) Bush, and many extended family, friends, former students and colleagues.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no funeral services. Interment will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231, or to the charity of your choice.
