William "Billy" Jarvis' Obituary
William “Billy” George Jarvis passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2026
Billy was born October 29, 1971, to William Whitman Jarvis, and Joyce Marie Dobson Jarvis, in Tampa, Florida. After high school, he went on to become a tradesman in the construction business.
Billy was a good man who loved life, music and anything on water, especially fishing. His family was everything to him and every morning he said to his wife “good morning beautiful” as was in the song he really liked. Fast cars, motorcycles and adrenaline were a part of his passions, probably because they matched his high-energy personality. The kids enjoyed seeing him doing the “smoke shows”. When friends and family think about him the phrase “it is what it is” comes to mind, as he said it frequently.
He is preceded by his parents, and his brother Michael Sala.
Billy is survived by his loving wife, Jamie, of the home, children Kayliann Peres, Chenelle Jarvis, William Jarvis, Kacey Peres, and Kevin Peres, his ten grandchildren Noah, Mariah, Jacelyn, Analasia, Kaison, Camdyn, Levi, Matthew, Mila, and Kaidyn, his sisters Terry Hofbaumer, Michelle Sala, and Paula Sala, his beloved dog Max and many extended family and friends.
A gathering to celebrate Billy’s life will be held on Tuesday June 16, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home- Westarea 823 NW 143rd Street, Newberry, Florida 32669
