Bill was truly a wonderful person. He worked so hard, and for many years to help make the Blues Creek Neighborhood a better place. He was hard working but also very caring and respectful in his interactions with others. I feel honored to have known him. This world would be a far better place if there were more people like Bill Willis walking this earth.

Cliff, so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a very caring man. I always knew I could count on him and his advice. He was so easy to talk with and we had many great conversations. I know it's not easy to lose you mom and dad so close together. I lost my mom and dad last year two months apart. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you peace and know He is always there.
Bill was a wonderful boss to me at Florida Farm Bureau. He treated all his employees with kindness and respect. Iva, Bill’s wife, was a loving, caring person. I’m saddened to hear of their passing but know they are together in heaven. Our deepest condolences, Kim & Billy Sanders
