KBC from 87-90 were the best summers of my life, even still. I had struggles at home and you were my life savers, soul feeders and spirtual guides. Wayne put his hands on me in 1988 as I rededicated myself to Christ.

Wayne Byrd, your spirit is so alive and still felt here on this earth. I know the Lord will send great comfort to all who will miss your bodily presence. Thank you leaving us with such great memories of your gentleness, conviction and love for Jesus Christ. Thank you for always being there when we called on you for help and guidance. You will be missed greatly in our church, but every time I look on where you would have been sitting, I know my mind will be quickly turned to what you are experiencing now in Heaven with your Lord and Savior.
