Voncille W. Garrett's Obituary
Voncille W. Garrett, age 86, of High Springs, FL passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018. Voncille was born September 8, 1931 in Punta Gorda, FL to Leon Preston and Maxine Chadwick White.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Martin Garrett, Sr. son, John Martin Garrett, Jr. and daughter, Barbara Garrett Schmidt.
She is survived by her daughters, Carroll Kissam and Gloria Bender; sister, Michael Wagoner; grandchildren, Brian, Daniel, Wade, Lauren and Leila and great grandchild, Benjamin.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 3612 NW 177 Ave, Gainesville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children’s Diabetes Foundation (4380 South Syracuse Street, Suite 430, Denver, CO 80237) or online at www.childrensdiabetesfoundation.org/donate/.
