Vivien Shields Payne's Obituary
Vivien Shields Payne, an esteemed retired editor of the law review and dedicated staff member of the University of Florida has peacefully passed away after a long illness, Monday June 24th. She leaves behind a legacy of passion for academia. Born with a keen intellect and a love for the written word, Vivien dedicated her career to the pursuit of legal knowledge and excellence for Law Review Publications.
Vivien was a devoted mother to her daughter, Vivien Payne Murphy, and a cherished grandmother to Christopher, Daniel, Sean, and Robert Murphy, and a beloved Great Grandmother to Odessa, Callie and Callum Murphy.
