Vanessa will be greatly missed. I will always remember her positive, can-do attitude. Just as she was a pleasure to work with, it was always as rewarding to just take a few minutes out of a hectic-stressful day and have person-to-person conversations about life. She was more than a co-worker, she was a real person that cared about you and one that you cared about back. She always had a smile and I know she is smiling down on all of us now.
You were always a light in the room. Despite what you were going through health-wise, you always exhibited the best and gave your all. You were always hard-working and professional and a joy to be in the same atmosphere with. I personally will miss your laughter, your joy, your words of support and wisdom, your smiles and that beautiful hair of yours that I admired. You were a special person and a fighter and while we grieve your loss along with your immediate family... we realize that our loss is yours and Heaven's gain. We love you Ms. Vanessa. You will never be forgotten. Shema our prayers goes out to you. You know where to find us if you need anything. Constant prayers!!! Ericka J.
I worked with Vanessa for several years at GRU and I have missed her smile. She was a kind soul. She always seemed to know when you needed a hug or a quick prayer. I loved her stories about Shema and Meyer. They were her life. Prayers of condolence for her family and friends.
I will miss your fun attitude at work and I will miss getting to share updates on our amazing daughters together. I loved hearing how proud you were of your awesome daughter. You were a huge help to me at Gainesville Regional Utilities. Now, you are walking streets of gold and we will meet again someday. Prayers for the family and friends.
I worked with Vanessa for over 10 years. You could rely on her to have a kind word for all she came in contact with. She loved to tell of her antics with Meyer and how he ruled the house. She will be greatly missed.
May she rest in peace and the family lean on God for comfort and healing.
