Tina Angela Hoffman's Obituary
Tina Angela Hoffman, age 62 of St. Augustine, Florida passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in High Springs, Florida. She was born May 11, 1953 in Miami, Florida.
While pursuing her education she was a stay at home mom taking care of her children. Tina was a special education teacher for over 20 years, it was her passion. She loved the beach.
Her children and grandchildren were her world, she was a very dedicated mother and grandmother,
Tina is survived by her children, Crisie Hoffman of Gainesville, Angie (Gino) Santopadre of Tallahassee and Nick (Alexa) Hoffman of High Springs; brother, Rick Polizzi of TN; granddaughters, Emilia and Hailey; and the father of her children, Ralph Hoffman.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street with Dr. Don McGarity officiating.
