Mr. Timothy Quintin "Timothy" Fields' Obituary
Mr. Timothy Quintin “Timmy” Fields, 46, a lifelong resident of Alachua, Florida, died Sunday, October 9, 2022, at his home, following a long illness.
Timmy was born in Gainesville on June 18, 1976, and had made his home in Alachua for his entire life. He was a graduate of Santa Fe High School, Class of 1995, where he was a member of the F. F. A. Timmy was a lifelong farmer and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Alachua. He enjoyed reading his bible, farming, fishing, and being with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; Mr. Clarence Melton “Butch” Fields in 2019.
He is survived by his mother, Delilah Fields, of Alachua; one brother, Eric Fields, of Gainesville; nieces and nephews, Grant, Shelby, and Rhett Fields, along with three uncles, and eleven cousins.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 10:00 A. M., in the Newnansville Cemetery, Alachua, with Rev. Tom Pope, officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 P. M., at the Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd Street, Newberry.
