Thurston Yardley Frazier's Obituary
Thurston Yardley Frazier, 82 years old was born in Tennessee and was the first born of two sons. He later moved to New York at age 6 years. His younger brother, Glenn Frazier was born in New York. He attended seventh day Adventist school and later attended Allen School for Physicians’ Aides and received his hematology technician certificate. He attended the center for Allied Health education at New York University and received his Doppler Echocardiography certificate.
Thurston served in the US Military Army as a Sergeant First Class. He worked at the VA Medical Center, Northport Long Island, New York as an echocardiograph medical technician until his retirement in 2013.
Thurston met his beloved wife, Felicia in 1976 in Queens, NY. And married in 1977. They lived in Centerport, Long Island, NY for 35 years. They retired and moved to Florida in 2015. Thurston loved to travel, dance, play golf, cards, read the newspaper and draw. He was a fastidious dresser, down to his shoes and watches.
He leaves his wife, Felicia and four sons; Sean, Armando, Alex, and Glenn, two daughter-in- laws, Rosa and Kacie, his loving grandchildren, his brother; Glenn, and many other family members and friends. All will miss his kindness and cheerfulness.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea with Pastor Melissa Pisco as officiant. Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery 6502 S.W. 102nd Ave. Bushnell, FL at 1:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 pm at Williams-Thomas Westarea 823 N.W. 143rd Street Newberry, Fl.
