I have such good memories of your father. He had a wonderful smile and was so funny. You truly felt his love and warmth when he hugged you. He was genuine. He was a dedicated family man, devoted to Kay and his family. I loved seeing his comments on your Facebook posts and always heard them in his voice when I read them. He was so proud of you all.
My favorite memory of your Dad was a story I heard about him - how when he was younger and fell for your Mom, but she wouldn’t even date him until he cleaned up his act ( my memory is hazy on this, so correct me if I’m wrong - he was a little wild and in a band. She insisted that he finish school). He loved her so much that he did it all. That love stood the test of time and I’m sure they are hand in hand today. I am blessed that I got to spend time with both your parents and I love and admire them.
This has been a really tough year for your family - sending love and hugs.
