Thomas E. Bolduc's Obituary
Thomas E. Bolduc, 69, longtime resident of Melrose, Florida, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018, in the Shands Hospital, following a long illness.
Mr. Bolduc was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on June 20, 1948 to the late Ernest, Jr. and Mary Bolduc. He graduated with a degree in Chemistry from Seton Hall, worked for many years as an environmental consultant, before moving to the Gainesville area from Norwich, CT in the early 1980’s. He received his master’s in education from the University of Florida, and began a long career as a chemist for Gainesville Regional Utilities ending with his retirement in the early 2000’s. He was a longtime member and past president of the Gainesville C. W. A. #3105.
Survivors include; his brother & sister-in-law, James & Annie Bolduc; cousins, Roy (Nora Lee) Bolduc, E. J. (Janet) Bolduc, Thomy (Jenese) Bolduc, Charron (John) Umlauf, Eddie (Pat) Yuhas and George Dudich.
Memorial services will be held at a later date, and donations may be made to St. Francis House, 413 S. Main Street, Gainesville, FL 32601.
