Theodore "Ted" Fredrick Wild's Obituary
Theodore “Ted” Fredrick Wild passed on August 30, 2017 due to on-going heart complications. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Louise (Cutliph) Wild and brother John Wild. He is survived by wife Catherine “Kay” J. (Profilet) Wild; brother Dan and wife Marge Wild; sister Mary Wild, and sister-in-law Annie Wild. He is also survived by daughter S. Rene (Wild) Laws and her husband William C. Laws, and their children Katie Laws, Ricky Laws and his wife Bridget (Bailey) Laws, Beth Laws, Tori (Laws) Allen and her husband Devin Allen, Karen Laws, and Billy Laws. His is also survived by his son R. Eric Wild and his wife Kara (Godwin) Wild, and their daughter Eloisa Wild. His life was enriched by a large and loving extended family. And he is also survived by his loving canine companion Kiko.
He was born in Cairo, Illinois on November 19, 1943. He positively impacted the lives of all of those with whom he interacted both personally and professionally during his career with Shakey’s Pizza, Wendy’s, Mr. G’s Pizza, Fiji Island Restaurant, Key Ford, Hub City Ford, Beal Parkway Lincoln Mercury, and most recently, Alligator Realty. He was a larger than life and loving man that never met a stranger, always left a smile on the faces of those he met, and loved his Florida Gators and 2nd amendment rights.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street.
