Jeanne was a great person and a excellent Judge, I worked with her at the court house as the Lieutenant in charge of security. I considered her as a personal friend and am saddened by her passing.

Jeanne & I became friends while she was Public Defender of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. We worked together until she was appointed county judge.
Jeanne helped me achieve my dream of becoming a dietitian by inviting me to live with she, Eddie & Ashley. She refused to take money and her kindness helped me pay for books & tuition.
Jeanne is one of the finest people I’ve ever met. My heart smiles when I think of her kindness towards me. She represented in public and in private what folks expect of someone wearing a judicial robe. Society was blessed to have her wisdom and kindness.
My prayers go out to the family..I knew Judge Crenshaw from my early days with the Gainesville Police dept. She was a person I truly respected. One of my fondest memories was getting tricked into having to attend her baby shower ( only guy there) She did get a laugh out of it. She will truly be missed especially by me.
