Terry, my once upon a time diving buddy, but also my good friend. I will always remember laughing with you until our eyes leaked! What fun times we had. I will never forget you!
I am saddened by your passing, but thankful our life paths crossed.
Goodbye, my friend!

It is with heartfelt sympathy that I extend to the family during your time of bereavement! I will miss him as we worked together during our third Saturday clean - up days. He was always so soft spoken, nice ,helpful, and pleasant to work with! He was a wonderful person.

Although I never met Terry, he was such a supporter of the Ormond Beach Historical Society with his driving all the way down from Gainesville to help with the Garden Gang cleaning up the grounds around the Anderson Price Building that I often heard his name mentioned. I am chairman of the Building & Grounds Committee that Garden Gang falls under. I know he will be missed by many. My sincere sympathies to his family.
So sorry to hear this sad news of Terry‘s passing. I had no idea that he was sick. I have many memories of Terry as he helped train me when I was in med tech school. I also worked with him at Shands for many years and would visit with him when he was working there. I also would go to Doctors Lab for tests and would see him there. He was a wonderful person and I’m so sorry he has left us. I know he will be missed greatly by his friends and family. May you rest in peace Terry!
To the Family of Terry Gruver: I am most sorry for your loss. Please accept our sincere condolences. Terry and I knew each other through the Ormond Beach Historical Society. He was a gentleman's gentleman, and was always there for everyone. We both grew up in Ormond Beach, and shared many memories of our earlier years. Again, our sincere condolences on your loss. Dr. Philip J. Shapiro, Ormond Beach, Florida.
Terry, you always said “ we do things for the stories we can tell”. I will truly miss making memories and sharing stories with you. You will always be remembered.
