Terry M. Durden, Sr.'s Obituary
Terry M. Durden, Sr., 71, of Archer, Florida, died Saturday, June 9, 2018 in the E. T. York Hospice Care Center, following a long illness.
Mr. Durden was a lifelong resident of Archer, son of the late Woodrow and Leona Durden. He was a carpenter, he loved Karate and driving a race car, however most will remember him for his boiled peanuts.
He is survived by his son, Terry M. Durden, Jr., of Waldo; three daughters, Donna (Darren) Thomas, of Gainesville, Crystal (Mark) Hodge, of Newberry, and Narie (Bobby) Gibson, of Charleston, SC; two brothers, Gearry (Sandra) Durden of Archer and Jimmy (Jan) Durden, of Micanopy. Seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 5:00 P. M., in the Chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd St., with Rev. Eddie Johnson, officiating.
