Sybil Adele Wilson's Obituary
Sybil Adele Wilson, 81, resident of Gainesville, Florida, and former resident of Williston, Florida, died Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in the Palm Garden Nursing Facility, following a long illness.
Mrs. Wilson was a native of Mobile, Alabama, born on October 29, 1936 to the late Dennis and Ola Keith. As a young lady, she moved with her family, to south Florida, where she lived most of her adult life. She was married to the late Wilbert Wilson, who preceded her in death in 2011. Mrs. Wilson was employed for many years with American Express, and after moving to Williston in the mid 1980’s worked for the Levy County Housing Authority. She was a member of the Assembly of Faith church in Williston, and as a younger lady, she loved horses and playing tennis. She was preceded in death by a brother Daniel Keith in 2017.
Survivors include; a son, James E. Wilson; three sisters, Dorothy Foster, Judy Fields and Dianne Deedrick. Three Grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 3:00 P. M., in the Chapel of Williams-
Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd Street. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery, Williston. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the services, beginning at 2:00 P. M.
