Susan Marie Masey's Obituary
Susan Marie Byrd Masey passed peacefully on March 1, 2015 due to natural causes.
Born June 11, 1959, in Camden, New Jersey, she lived in neighboring Pennsauken for 15 years before moving with her family to Morriston, Florida. She later lived in Gainesville and California before moving back to Morriston. Susan graduated with a Masters Degree in Speech Therapy from the University of Florida and later provided excellent, compassionate care to school children and adults. She was a loving, very unselfish person who is now at peace.
Survivors include her father John H. Byrd, Sr. and her brother John H. Byrd, Jr. of Newberry. She was preceded in death by her mother Anna Marie Byrd.
Services will be set for later this month. Memorial contributions are welcome and can be sent to Peaceful Paths 2100 NW 53rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32653 in her name.
