Steven Earl "Stevie" Ling's Obituary
Steven Earl “Stevie” Ling, 60, of Micanopy, Florida, died at his home on Friday, July 14, 2023.
Stevie was born in Tampa, Florida on September 6, 1962, and had made his home in Micanopy for most of his life. He was a graduate of the Sidney Lanier Center; he loved listening to music and being with his family. Stevie attended Oak Dale Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Ling in 2020 and by his nephew Brandon Ling in 2007.
Stevie is survived by his mother, Betty Ling, of Micanopy; two brothers, Tim (Susan) Ling of Micanopy and Kenny (Christina) Ling, of Atlanta, GA; a niece, Katie Ling and two nephews, Chase Ling and Jake Ling.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 11:00 A. M., in the Oak Dale Baptist Church, 17015 W. Newberry Road, Newberry, with Pastor James Taylor, officiating. Interment will follow in Countryside Cemetery.
