Shirley Maybelle MacLaren Shute's Obituary
Shirley Maybelle MacLaren Shute went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who she loved and served throughout her whole life. Heaven is rejoicing!
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Parker Shute, sister, Bertha MacLaren and daughter, Teresa Arnold.
Shirley spent her life as a beloved wife, mother and nana and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Her unconditional love and ever giving spirit exemplified her life and she truly was the hands and feet of Jesus. Throughout her life she never complained and never had an unkind word to say of anyone. She always saw the best in everyone.
She is survived by her children, Sylvia (Gary) Walter, Cynthia (Chuck) Moeller, Parker (Debbie) Shute, Suzanne (Rick) Wood, Peter Shute, Ed Shute and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated March 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 10900 SW 24th Ave. with Fr. Tony Eseke as celebrant. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to a charity of their choice.
