Shelia L Harrison's Obituary
Shelia L. Harrison, age 75 of Gainesville passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022. She was born May 22, 1946, to Wilbur James and Betty Lucile Traxler Jones. Shelia was born in Gainesville and raised in Palatka and made Gainesville her home.
She loved to fish and enjoyed yard selling and she loved to play cards. She was hard working all her life. She loved her family most of all.
Shelia is survived by her husband of 50 years, the love of her life, Robert; children, Tammy Bartelli and husband Harold, Tracy Blocker and Dana Woods and her husband, Al Woods; brother, Danny Jones; six grandchildren, A.J. Yeomans and wife Laura, Jordan Fisher and husband Alex, Chase Blocker, Leigh Blocker, Tori Blocker and Robbie Harrison; eight great grandchildren and one on the way.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN with Dr. Don McGarity officiating. A reception will follow. For those who wish donations may be made to Williston Care Center, 300 NW 1st Ave, Williston, FL 32696.
