Sheila "Renda" Springs' Obituary
Sheila Renda “Renda” Springs, age 56, passed away in Gainesville, Florida. She was born on January 14, 1970, in Bartow, Florida, to Stephen Alexander Haskell and Brenda Jewel Richey.
Renda was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister who cherished her family above all else. She is survived by her loving husband, Anthony “Andy” Alan Springs, and her daughter, Haley Renee Springs. She also leaves behind her beloved mother, Brenda Haskell and her loving siblings, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Renda found joy in the simple and meaningful things in life. She loved playing the trumpet, tending to her garden, and spending quality time with her family. She was especially known for her delicious homemade fudge, which she lovingly shared with those around her. Her faithful dachshund, Peanut, was also a constant companion and brought her much happiness.
Renda will be remembered for her warmth, her love for her family, and the care she showed to everyone in her life.
A funeral service to honor Renda’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026, at Williams-Thomas Westarea Chapel, 823 N.W. 143rd Street, Newberry, Florida, with Pastor John Coker officiating.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
