Scott Crum's Obituary
Scott Crum, 57, of Gainesville, Florida, died on Monday, September 17, 2018 at his home, following an extended illness.
Scott was born in 1961 in Pekin, Illinois and married June Gonseth in 1986 at Lake of the Ozarks in Laurie, Missouri. They moved to Gainesville in 1990. Scott was an avid Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and NASCAR enthusiast. He enjoyed camping and darts.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Reilly and his father, William Crum.
He leaves behind, his wife, June; a brother Mark Crum of Orlando; a sister, Vicky Crum of Peoria, IL and her children, Angie Craig, Stefanie Crum and Joshua Crum.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 4:00 P. M., in the Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery, 7204 SE CR 234, Gainesville. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00 P. M., in the Hague United Methodist Church, 7001 NW 126th Avenue, Gainesville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Prairie Creek Conservation Trust or to the Hague United Methodist Church.
