Dear Dian,

Kitty and I share a memory of meeting you and your Mom at Starbucks with our friend June. Your Mom was a sweet, lovable person and it was wonderful to see how the two of you interacted with each other. More like sisters than Mom and daughter. You are going to miss her so much. We are sending our love and a verse from the Bible. John 11:11-14. Jesus compared death to sleep and brought his friend back to life. That is our hope also, Dian, to see our loved ones again. Very soon.
