Roderick Owen Kash's Obituary
Mr. Roderick Owen Kash, 56, resident of Reddick, Florida, died Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in the Legacy House of Hospice of Marion County, following a long illness.
Mr. Kash was born on February 26, 1957 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and moved with his family to south Florida as a young man. He lived there for many years before moving to Reddick in 1999. Mr. Kash was an antique automobile restorer working for Huegenics Hot Rods & Restorations. He was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Mary Kash in 2011.
He is survived by his son, Marshall (Erin) Kash, of Ocala; his parents, Roger and Paula Kash, of Keystone Heights; brother Brad Kash, of Middleburg, sister, Lila (Larry) McPherson, of Ft. Lauderdale, and his grandson, Lance Kash, of Ocala.
A celebration of Rick’s life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 1:00 P. M., at his parents’ home at 3251 SE 2nd Place, Keystone Heights, FL 32656. In lieu of flowers, please make all donations to Hospice of Marion County, Legacy House, 3231 SW 34th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474.
