I know this is so late, but I just sent Bob and e-mail that could not be delivered, and I discovered we had lost him two years ago. I got to know Bob through Jeannie and my husband and I came to Heber City for her memorial. Many years ago Jeannie came to our mini "girls" high school reunion in Michigan. She and Bob drove and brought me some lily bulbs that I planted and they delight me every year. Just today I sent the above e-mail with pictures of the lilies I picked today (June 2024) I sure hope his family reads this memory and note so they know how very sorry I am to hear that Bob passed away. I was hired by Bob and Joe Foltz in September, 1985 and remained with the firm through their growth for the next 35 years. Bob was a wonderful source of history, mentorship and "deed dog" experience in the real estate record rooms. He was always happy and helpful to me through my trials and tribulations of my first job in a law firm at the tender age of 22 and to learn so much about the how and why of commercial real estate transactions. He will be greatly missed and I will think of him often and his wonderful stories he would share.
