Robert William McCashin's Obituary
Robert William McCashin, 79 of Newberry, FL, passed away on May 23, 2017 to heart complications. He was a retired Superintendent from American Airlines and he loved to bowl, golf, build things and go on cruises, having obtained a Diamond Plus status he was proud of. He was a member of the American Legion and a major contributor to the Canine Veteran’s Memorial.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Arla Colclasure. He leaves behind a sister in Phillips, Wisconsin, Myra Heaton and many nieces and nephews; his daughter, Barbra Key (Todd) and his two sons, Bobby McCashin (Debbie) and David McCashin (Lisa); step children, Russell Glesge, Tamara Lauer (Mike) and Jaime Perkins; grandchildren, Becky Murphy (Sean), Kenna Blue (Matt), Luke Cudnik, Brentlee and Aubree Cooper, Bailey and Colin, Serena and Rickie and great grandchildren, Brayden and Addalyn Murphy, Caeden, Kilee, Braxton and Summer Blue.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 3:00 p.m., in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 North Main Street.
