Robert Ramsay Lynch Jr.'s Obituary
Robert Ramsay Lynch, Jr. age 88, passed away on February 8, 2023, in Gainesville, Florida. Robert was born on January 30, 1935, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Robert Ramsay Lynch Sr. and Muriel Parker Lynch in Mansfield, Ohio.
Early in his career, he was a sportswriter for the Ft. Lauderdale News, and then a Director of Information at the University of Florida. He loved Golf, all sports, and was a big Gator Fan.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Joan; daughter, Donna Lynch Linton and her husband Jim, grandchildren; Sean and Gryffin Linton.
