Robert Joseph Proulx, Sr.'s Obituary
Robert Joseph Proulx, Sr. age 86 of Gainesville, FL passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023. He was born January 6, 1937 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Josephat Olivier and Rose Marilyn Poisson Proulx.
He graduated from St. Bernards High School in Massachusetts. He retired from Sears as a sales manager. He enjoyed doing woodworking, and he was an artist.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Teresa (Terri); five sons, Joseph Proulx (Debbie), Robert Proulx, Jr. and wife Laura, Russell Proulx and wife Karen, David Proulx and wife Noreen, Troy Proulx and wife Beth; stepdaughter, Danielle Milano; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Hedrick, his brother, Andre and his sister, Pearl.
A private service will be held at a later date.
