Condolences, Marilyn, on the loss of Rhesa. We will remember so many happy times and all your hard work on the Georgia bus and other shared events. Hopefully, your family will bring you peace and comfort.

Rhrsa was one of the first East Side Garden Club members I fished with, on 2000...He taught me to fish with grass shrimp, first along the seawalls on Orange Lake Orange Lake...then " weed patches common in area lakes . I
remember fishin' contests in Cedar Key, meeting his brother "Wikie" and having breakfast at his restaurant before the days fishing .
We went to Panasofkie, and Astor Park on overnight stays at genuine Old Florida fish camps..and Rhesa had friendly living on beautiful private lakes.
He always had his cigar, but only lit up when we were out in fresh air..
Rhesa was a Home Boy that loved to recall school days and Garden Club tales from the past. He helped me connect with bygone days, and lived a legend that enriched his family and friends.
I'm glad I know him.."they don't make 'em like him anymore !"
God Bless Brother in Law, friend, and fishing buddy. Find the spots so we can go again one day ! David Boothby
You called me this morning in my dream but you never spoke. I miss you and your gentle soul. You never had a harsh word for anybody just your quirky smile. Rest in peace dad.
I love you,
Becky your daughter <3
Granddaddy Watkins took Rhesa and me fox hunting. We were flanking the dogs from the truck when I looked down and Rhesa was rolling on the ground next to the back tire at 20 miles an hour. How did we ever reach 90?

Marilyn, our condolences on your loss. Jody has great memories of spending time with Rhesa & Wicky as a boy, and, of course the ever- joking Lilly! Best wishes to you and your family. Love, Jody and Annis
My Father worked with Rhesa for many years at Guaranty Federal. I met Rhesa many times over those years and remember him well. He seemed to be a big man with a big heart. My Father considered him a friend and spent time hunting and fishing with Rhesa. My condolences to the family, I am really saddened to hear about your loss. Lewis W Nellinger JR
